Chiclana ~ Caribbean Echo

During a recent trip to Spain, I discovered Chiclana de la Frontera, a very special town in the Province of Cadiz that captivated me and brought back the spirit of my beloved Pampatar, the small town where I grew up. Its landscapes, its breeze and its energy transported me back to my childhood. It was there, on the beaches of Chiclana, where I borrowed these seashells, tangible symbols of the connection between two worlds. Thank you, Chiclana, for taking me back home to the magic and dearest memories of my childhood.

The image captures a fusion of organic elements, blending photography with real objects to create a hybrid image that symbolises the connection between the past and present and the duality of two different worlds.
